01 — AI VISIBILITY AUDIT

Know exactly where you stand — on every engine that matters.

Before you optimize anything, get a hard baseline: who's being cited for your buyers' questions, in what position, and what AI actually says about you.

We run your priority prompts — typically 150 to 400, grouped by intent and buying stage — through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. We record every citation, its position and the claim it supports. Then we do the same for your top competitors, and we work out why the winners win: content structure, entity clarity, source authority or plain technical access.

You leave with a scored, prioritised 90-day roadmap — and a dashboard that keeps tracking after the audit is done.

Best for: anyone starting out. Available as a standalone engagement or as month one of a plan.

What's included

  • Prompt universe: 150–400 real questions, by intent and funnel stage
  • Citation baseline per engine, per prompt
  • Competitor share of voice and citation position
  • “What AI says about you” — accuracy and sentiment review
  • Technical access check: AI crawler permissions, rendering, schema
  • Extractability scoring for your top 50 URLs
  • Prioritised 90-day roadmap

Deliverables & timeline

2–3 weeks. Written audit report, live dashboard access, and a 90-minute roadmap workshop with your team.

02 — ANSWER-READY CONTENT

Models quote what they can extract. Be the easiest source to quote — and the most worth quoting.

LLMs pull passages, not pages. A page that buries its answer in paragraph nine loses to one that states it in the first sentence, defines its terms and backs them with a number.

We restructure existing content and write new content designed for extraction: question-led headings, direct answers up top, definitions, comparison tables, FAQs and — the strongest citation magnet of all — original data no one else has. Every piece is written for humans first; it just happens to be shaped the way models like to lift it.

We also leave your team with the editorial guidelines and templates to keep producing answer-ready content long after we're gone.

Best for: brands with plenty of content that never gets quoted, or thin sites in a crowded category.

What's included

  • Extractability rewrites of priority pages
  • New answer pages for prompt gaps
  • Comparison and “alternatives” pages
  • FAQ modules, definitions and how-to blocks
  • Original research: surveys, benchmarks, data studies
  • Editorial guidelines and templates for your team

Deliverables

8–24 pages per month depending on plan, with briefs, before/after extractability scores and citation tracking on every page we touch.

03 — ENTITY & KNOWLEDGE GRAPH

Models don't rank pages. They reason about entities. Be a clear one.

When a model decides whether to name you, it draws on everything it knows about “you” as an entity: what you are, what you do, who you're for, and how you relate to your category and competitors. Ambiguity gets you skipped.

We make your brand unambiguous everywhere models look — on your own site through structured data and canonical descriptions, and across the web through consistent facts on the profiles and reference sources that models cross-check against.

Best for: brands with generic names, recent rebrands, multiple product lines or a category that models keep mislabelling.

What's included

  • Organization, Product, Person, FAQ and HowTo schema (JSON-LD) site-wide
  • Consistent core facts across your site, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, G2/Capterra, Wikidata and directories
  • About and product pages rewritten as canonical entity descriptions
  • sameAs and disambiguation strategy
  • Wikipedia/Wikidata eligibility assessment and, where eligible, execution

Deliverables

Entity audit, schema implementation (or a spec your developers can drop in), profile synchronisation and quarterly re-checks.

04 — CITATION & SOURCE AUTHORITY

AI engines corroborate. One source saying you're great is a claim; five saying it is a citation.

Answer engines lean on a surprisingly small set of source types: industry publications, review platforms, communities, reference sites and comparison articles. We map which of them your engines cite — then earn you a real presence there.

This is digital PR built for citations rather than links: data-led stories, expert commentary, contributed pieces, review-platform strategy, authentic community participation and inclusion in the comparison articles models keep reaching for. Real mentions from real editors and communities. No schemes, nothing you'd be embarrassed to explain.

Best for: brands whose own content is strong but who lack the third-party corroboration models need before naming them.

What's included

  • Source map: which domains each engine cites for your prompts
  • Data-led digital PR and expert commentary
  • Review-platform strategy and response programme
  • Community presence: Reddit, niche forums, Q&A sites — done transparently
  • Comparison and “best of” article inclusion outreach
  • Podcast and YouTube placement (transcripts get cited too)

Deliverables

A monthly placement target by plan, each placement tracked against citation impact — not vanity metrics.

05 — TECHNICAL ACCESS

You can't be quoted if you can't be read.

A surprising number of sites block AI crawlers by accident — an old robots.txt decision, a CDN rule, a firewall — or render key content client-side where extractors never see it.

We fix the plumbing: a deliberate crawler policy aligned to your goals, an llms.txt that helps models understand your site, server-side rendering where it matters, semantic markup, clean canonicals, and enough speed and availability that bots don't give up. Then we watch your logs to make sure they actually come back.

Best for: every engagement — it's step one of our roadmap and often the fastest win.

What's included

  • robots.txt policy for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Bingbot and more
  • llms.txt and llms-full.txt
  • Rendering audit: SSR / pre-rendering for critical content
  • Semantic HTML, heading hierarchy, real tables
  • Canonicals, duplicates, pagination, sitemap hygiene
  • Speed and availability for AI crawl budget
  • Log-file analysis of AI bot activity

Deliverables

Technical spec with prioritised tickets, implementation support for your developers, and a monthly AI-bot crawl report.

06 — MONITORING & REPORTING

Search Console doesn't show AI answers. We built what does.

Our platform runs your prompt set through every engine on a schedule, records the answers and scores them: were you cited, in what position, what was said — and was it accurate?

Every client gets a live dashboard, a weekly digest and a monthly narrative report written by the strategist who runs your account. When something changes — you lose a citation, a competitor appears, a model starts saying something wrong about you — you hear about it the same week, with a plan attached.

Best for: everyone. Included in every plan; also available standalone for in-house teams.

What's included

  • Weekly (daily on Enterprise) prompt tracking across six engines
  • Citation rate, share of voice, position, sentiment and accuracy
  • Competitor tracking on the same prompt set
  • Alerts: lost citations, new competitors, inaccurate claims
  • AI referral traffic and conversions via GA4 integration
  • Monthly narrative report and quarterly strategy review

Deliverables

Live dashboard, weekly email digest, monthly report, quarterly review — plus API access on Enterprise.

Common questions

Before you pick a service.

Do we have to buy all six?

No. Most clients start with the audit, then take a plan that bundles the disciplines they need. The disciplines are separable, but they compound: content without authority gets ignored; authority without extractable content gets misquoted. See pricing for how they bundle.

Will this hurt our traditional SEO?

The opposite. Answer-ready structure, real entities, clean technical access and earned mentions are all things Google rewards too. We coordinate with your SEO team or agency so nobody works at cross purposes.

Do you write the content, or do we?

Either. On Growth and Enterprise plans our writers produce it, with your subject-matter experts reviewing. On Starter we produce briefs and rewrites and your team executes. Some clients mix and match by page type.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes — often. We slot in alongside SEO, PR and content agencies, own the AI-visibility layer, and share our prompt tracking so everyone sees the same scoreboard.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the audit. Two to three weeks later you'll know exactly which of these six you actually need.
